Search my catalog of 30+ everyday products. I'll show you my 1-10 score, what drives it, and the better option I'd choose when there is one.
Every score is based on published research, ingredient safety data, and real-world testing. I look at what chemicals are involved, what the peer-reviewed science says, and whether there's a meaningfully better alternative. Scores range from 1 (serious concerns) to 10 (best option I've found). Each product also gets a clear action call: "Swap next" (urgent), "Replace when empty" (swap on your next purchase), "Use it up" (finish what you have, no rush), or "Keep using" (you're good). Save items to your swap list to track what you're prioritizing.
Absolutely not. Health is an evolution, not a checklist. Even Rhonda Patrick used plastic blenders for years before learning about microplastic shedding from friction. Start with the swaps that matter most to your family and work from there. One swap at a time is the sustainable approach. Nobody gets it all right on day one.
Some of the product links are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you purchase through them at no extra cost to you. I only recommend products I personally use or have thoroughly researched. The scores and recommendations are never influenced by affiliate relationships.
A low score doesn't mean you made a bad choice. It means there's new information or a better option available now. Science evolves, and so do we. A low score is an invitation to explore something better, not a judgment on what you've been doing. Growth mindset applies to health, too.
